MentorPitch is an 8-week, due diligence-led sprint designed to prepare post-revenue startups for structured angel investment.

It operates within the DG Collective verification architecture. Direct applications to MentorPitch11 are not accepted. Eligibility requires successful Digital Data Room (DDR) verification through DG Collective.

You may qualify if:

Have 6–24 months of revenue.
You have paying customers and a live MVP.
Your business is legally registered in Nigeria.
You have raised Founder, Family & Friends capital.
You are preparing to raise ₦25M–₦400M within the next 6–12 months.
You are willing to subject your business to structured, evidence-based scrutiny.

Sector focus includes tech-enabled solutions across growth sectors. Primary selection criteria are revenue traction and documentation readiness.

Over eight weeks, Angel-Mentors conduct structured collaborative due diligence across:

Milestones – Is the forward roadmap credible?

Angel-Mentors issue a non-binding Conditional Commitment signal.

By Week 7

Founders must achieve:

- ≥85% DDR completion
- All Mandatory Core artefacts validated

By Week 8

Week 8 culminates in AngelPitch, where lead intent may be signalled to co-investors.

Conditional Green applies only where a specific high-risk artefact is in documented, time-bound legal finalisation.

Participation does not guarantee investment.

Capital Activation Discipline

MentorPitch follows a defined activation timeline:

Week 8 – Soft Circle Confirmation
Weeks 9–10 – Legal documentation
Weeks 11–12 – Capital wiring
